About Us
For the past 20 years, Nichole’s training career has involved both horses and dogs. She spent that time showing, riding and training as well as coaching as a riding instructor and managing a horse barn. In January 2018, Nichole was introduced to professional dog training at Five Rings Pet Resort in Hanson, MA. She quickly fell in love with training dogs. Her greatest enjoyment is helping people and their animals grow in their communication, building the best possible relationship for life. After moving to Findlay, Ohio in 2019, Nichole started Precious Pearl Dog Training where she pursues her love for people and animals through training. She continues to gain certifications and education in the dog training industry and is currently a certified Trick Dog Trainer through DMWYD.
Dogs are one of God’s greatest gifts. They are loyal, intelligent, loving creatures who desire to understand their role in the family. Every dog is unique. Much like people, they have their own personality, strengths and weaknesses. Our goal at Precious Pearl Dog Training is to provide quality training, treating each dog as an individual.

Meet the Team
Nichole Smith
Nichole grew up as an avid animal lover. When she is not working with her clients' dogs, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, horse Sweet Pea and miniature mule Clementine.
Pearl
Pearl is a beautiful black and white Border Collie who LOVES to work. She is often used in demos and can work as a mild distraction during training sessions as needed. Pearl has received multiple titles in the trick dog division and has earned her CGC title. When she’s not working she enjoys long naps on the couch and playing fetch.
Roxanne
Roxanne is a gorgeous Bernese Mountain Dog who loves to cuddle when she’s not playing with her friends. Roxanne has earned her Novice Trick dog title and enjoys doing Nosework for fun! She works as a distraction dog on occasion and has been a full time mom to a couple of fabulous litters!
Remi
Remi is a handsome standard poodle who is a perfect blend of charm and discipline. His stoic demeanor radiates quiet confidence which is balanced with his fun-loving spirit. He enjoys working as a distraction dog or simply just having cuddle time! He has earned his CGC title and has been a dad to several healthy, gorgeous and intelligent litters!
